Blog Post #12

When listening to my classmates presentations, the two that stood out to me were Liv’s essay about her friend that has cancer and the other presentation that stood out was Julia’s presentation about the lobsters in Plymouth, Mass. What stood out to me and what I liked about Liv’s presentation was the fact that it had a lot of emotion in it for her. She really shared exactly what art means to her, not because it helps herself but because it helps someone she loves. I think that that shows what type of person she really is. I also really liked the pictures she added to the presentation. The reason why Julia’s presentation stood out to me was because it was something she wasn’t really familiar with but there’s a lot of history behind it. I also thought it was really cool that she included pictures of all the lobsters around the town. My favorite part of her project was the fact she was brave enough to ask a random couple to interview that she saw in Plymouth. I thought that was really cool and I wish I was brave enough to ask a person off the street if they would mind me interviewing them because then you’d really have no idea what they would say.

I also liked that aspect of Julia’s presentation. I bet you that couple had a lot of fun being interviewed, too! 3/3
